All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery.
All items shipped with the free shipping promotion will be shipped via Standard Ground shipping. Oversized/heavyweight items are not eligible for free shipping. Standard shipping times range from 3-10 business days.

- Returns & Replacements
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from date of receipt. NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from date of receipt. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange, any difference in price and shipping cost will be debited/credited to your credit card. Package the return and seal securely with tape.
Send your package using any insured shipping service. Your card will be credited or the exchanged shipped out as soon as the return is received.
Damaged or missing items:
If items are damaged or missing from shipment, send an email to email@example.com. A replacement will be sent out immediately. Keep all packaging and/or damaged items if needed for insurance with the freight carrier.

- We're working hard to make sure our prices are the best around, but if you find another site that offers a lower price within 7 days after the order date, let us know and we'll credit your original payment method for the difference. 1. You must first purchase the item on RazorReef.com before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.
2. Special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates, and "buy one, get one" offers are not eligible.
3. The item must be currently available in the same size, style, and color that it is on RazorReef.com, and be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor's Web site.
4. Guarantee applies to Web sites only, not brick-and-mortar stores.
5. The Web site must not be an auction site, a discount site (like overstock.com, 6pm.com and smartbargains.com), Amazon.com or a paid-membership club.
6. Web site must be run by a U.S. Corporation.
7. Price difference applies to full cost of the item minus any promotions, and does not include tax.
8. Item must be purchased on RazorReef.com to file a claim for 100% Price Match Guarantee, and lower price must have been found on a competitor site within 7 days of the RazorReef.com order date. The RazorReef.com price is the price after any rebates or promotional discounts have been applied to the item.
9. If claim is filed for price reduction on RazorReef.com within 7 days of order date, refund is for 100% of the price difference. The item must be currently available on RazorReef.com in the same size, style, and color that you purchased.
